Customer Agreement and Service Terms
Rental of sedans, limousines and other vehicles from Countryside Car Service are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Payment: all reservations require a major credit card for a 50% deposit or full payment at time of booking, depending on the event type and how far in advance you are booking. Some balances are due 2-3 weeks in advance to guarantee your reservation on the calendar. Local tax, fuel and 18% gratuity will be added for all service. At times, affiliates with different vehicles will be used.
Cancellations: cancellations must be made no less 24 hours prior for airports. Deposits are non-refundable for events and weddings, but may be credited toward future travel. Deposited weddings and special events are only fully refundable 2 weeks before event.
Minimums: there is a 4 hour minimum for weddings. There is a 3 hour minimum for weekend hourly service (Friday-Sunday). Additional overtime is $50 per hour.
All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle when necessary.
Airport Pick-ups: There is no charge for the first 30 minutes' wait on a delay on an arriving flight. After 30 minutes there is a charge of $30 per hour. Please meet your driver at your predetermined spot (curbside or at baggage claim).
"No Show": a "No Show" will be charged the full rate. If you are awaiting pickup and can't locate our driver, please call the office at 518-325-3505 for assistance.
Countryside Car Service is not responsible for late arrival to the pickup caused by (but not limited to) air traffic control, acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdowns, incorrect pick-up and drop off info.
Fees: Unscheduled stops will incur a $30.fee. A surcharge of $25 applies to any pick-up or drop-off between 12:01 am and 6 am and Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve/Day.
Vehicles Rules and Courtesies: No possession, sale or consumption of any narcotics or illegal drugs will be tolerated.
Client/renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle. This is including, but not limited to: gum, wine and alcohol spillage, or breakage of lights, TV, DVD, CD, radio equipment. Repair and replacement of damaged items will incur a minimum fee of $100 to the market value. Any vomit results in a $500 clean up fee.
All passengers agree to behave in an orderly manner. Countryside Car Service reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle / terminate the agreement upon violation of these rules. In this event, no refund will be given.
While we allow personal CD’s, DVD’s and other electronic devices, we are not liable for them if they are left in the vehicle.
In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full effect. Rates are subject to change without notice.
